Full Body Sculpt - Foundation

Reformer X Gentle Strength

Yes! We have free parking available in the main car park located directly in front of the studio. If the main car park is full, there is plenty of additional street parking nearby. 


Don't worry if you're new to the studio! Our highly qualified instructors will guide you through each step of the session and ensure you feel confident and comfortable throughout.


Yes, we offer beginner-friendly classes that are suitable for individuals who are new or have limited experience. Our Foundation & Gentle Strength Reformer classes are perfect for beginners. 


You can find our class timetable on our website or by downloading our app from the App Store for easy access (Apple devices only). 


We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement - anything you'd wear for physical activity works perfectly! 


Please note, grip socks are required for our Reformer Pilates sessions for both safety and hygiene reasons. You can purchase our branded grip directly socks  at the studio when you're next in. 


Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your sessions to allow time for parking and to get settled before your class starts. For safety reasons and to minimise disruptions, we lock the door once the class starts, ensuring a calm environment where all members can fully relax and enjoy their session.


All our classes operate with a wait list system. If you wish to book onto a call that is fully booked, you can add yourself to a wait list. 

Should a space become available due to a cancellation, you will be notified via email. You will then be able to follow the link in the email to secure your place. Please note, you will not be automatically booked on, so please do keep an eye on your inbox.
